BOOKING TERMS
Do I own the photos from my shoot?
No, Minibou Media retains full copyright of all images. However, you receive a commercial usage licence, which means you can use the photos for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes—forever. You can’t resell or claim copyright ownership. If you'd like to arrange a copyright handover, please email our team to organise a quote.
What does the commercial usage licence include?
It allows you to:
- Use images on your website, social media, and printed materials
- Promote your business or brand
- Share with collaborators or partners for marketing purposes
- It does not allow resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the images.
How do payments work?
- A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due by the shoot date unless otherwise agreed
- Rates may change, but once you’ve booked, your price is locked in
Can I purchase the copyright?

When will I receive my photos?
Final images are delivered digitally within [insert timeframe] after your shoot.
Basic retouching is included. If you need extra edits, we can arrange that for an additional fee.
Can I get the raw files?
Raw files are not included in any of our packages.
What’s your cancellation policy?
- Retainers remain non-refundable in the event of a client cancellation.
- You can reschedule once per booking, subject to availability and notice must be given 14 days before your session.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in additional fees.*

All content on this site—including images, text, and branding—is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

Consultations can be booked directly through MiniBouMedia.com or via our approved communication channels. Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation with all relevant details. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.\
Fees & Payment
If a consultation fee applies, payment is required before the session begins unless otherwise arranged. Consultation fees are non‑refundable once the session has commenced. Some service packages include a consultation at no additional cost — this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Deliverables & Timeframes
Depending on the nature of your consultation, you may receive documents such as reports, recommendations, or strategic plans. As MiniBou Media operates with one consultant, consultation documents and deliverables may take up to 8 weeks to complete, depending on project size, complexity, and client responsiveness.
Confidentiality
Your privacy matters to us. All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or authorised by you.
Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and frameworks provided during or after your consultation remain the intellectual property of MiniBou Media. You are welcome to use the advice for your own business purposes, but redistribution or resale of our materials is not permitted without written consent.

Important SOW Conditions
- Work outside the agreed SOW will be quoted separately.
- Requests for additional posts, reels, stories, or platform management are not included unless specified.
- Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the request and current workload.
- Strategy documents, content plans, and reports may take up to 8 weeks to complete, depending on project size and client responsiveness.
- Any changes to the SOW must be agreed to in writing.
Content & Deliverables
- Content is created based on the information, assets, and brand guidelines you provide.
- You are responsible for supplying accurate and timely content materials (photos, videos, branding assets, etc.).
- All content will be submitted for approval before posting unless otherwise agreed.
- Delays in client approvals or asset delivery may impact posting schedules.
Client Responsibilities

- Provide clear brand guidelines, goals, and expectations
- Supply content assets on time
- Approve scheduled content promptly
- Communicate any changes to your business, promotions, or branding
- Maintain access to your social media accounts and ensure login credentials remain valid
Account Access
Clients must provide secure access to their social media accounts for management purposes.
MiniBou Media will never change passwords or share login details with third parties.
If access is removed or restricted, service delivery may be delayed.
Fees & Payment
- Social media management services are billed according to your selected package.
- Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
- Work will not commence until the first payment or deposit has been received.
- Fees are non‑refundable once work has begun for the billing period.
Performance & Results
While we apply best‑practice strategies and industry knowledge, social media performance can be influenced by factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market trends, and audience behaviour.
For this reason, MiniBou Media does not guarantee specific growth metrics, engagement levels, or sales outcomes.
