Privacy Policy 

Do I own the photos from my shoot?

No, Minibou Media retains full copyright of all images. However, you receive a commercial usage licence, which means you can use the photos for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes—forever. You just can’t resell or claim copyright ownership.

What does the commercial usage licence include?

It allows you to:

  • Use images on your website, social media, and printed materials

  • Promote your business or brand

  • Share with collaborators or partners for marketing purposes
    It does not allow resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the images.

How do payments work?

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking

  • Full payment is due by the shoot date unless otherwise agreed

  • Rates may change, but once you’ve booked, your price is locked in

Can I purchase the copyright?

If you would like to arrange a trasnfer, please contact us at owner@minibouau.com. Please note, fees apply. 

When will I receive my photos?

Final images are delivered digitally within [insert timeframe] after your shoot.
Basic retouching is included. If you need extra edits, we can arrange that for an additional fee.

Can I get the raw files?

Raw files are not included in any of our packages. 

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • Retainers remain non-refundable in the event of a client cancellation. 

  • You can reschedule once per booking, subject to availability and notice must be given 14 days before your session.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in additional fees.*

Can I use content from miniboumedia.com?

All content on this site—including images, text, and branding—is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

What are the limitations of liability?

Minibou Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. While we strive for excellence, results may vary depending on conditions and client cooperation.

Can these terms change?

Yes. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here and take effect immediately.

Privacy Policy

MiniBou Mediais committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.
